A short section from August Strindberg’s Dream Play, considered as one of the most important plays of the German Expressionist Theater, will be broadcasted on the third screening day of Quarantine Circumstances.
Strindberg interested in many disciplines of art; wrote one of the first literary works of the modern Swedish novel with his book The Red Room, written in 1879. The writer exchanged ideas between intellectuals such as Edward Munch and Nietsche while he was in Berlin, afterwards he returned to Stockholm and had the most productive period at the last days of his life. His plays reveal in a realistic style the desperate situation that people experience .
On the third screening day of Quarantine Circumstances, Ozan Erdönmez and Gökçe Erkuşöz will perform their performances with the music of Yunus Gencer.
