Cem Babacan, who is graduated from Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory with the highest degree of “red diploma” after his education at Hacettepe University State Conservatory and received many awards, was referred in the Swiss press by British conductor Howard Griffiths as “a musician who has attained a level of mastery in his instrument and has surprising interpretation power despite his young age”.
